I’m starting to wonder how I would feel if my support network was not as good as it is.
Why am I seeing mothers be told they can’t have more senior roles because they’re only part time. Why can’t they if they are up to the challenge?
Why am I seeing colleagues who are perfectly capable being passed over because the project they’re managing is too important and might be seem by the powers above?
Why am I hearing women not support others in the workplace? Or men for that matter?
When did we lose the beauty that is kindness and opportunity?
Did I miss the memo?
When did things change?
